As you've probably noticed, skirts became my obsession despite the fact that they do not fit me at all and I am not used to wearing them (I am a Jeans person). I also love maxi-skirts, but I don't own any because they make me shorter (I am medium-height, 1,68 m) However, I like to style them on Polyvore and combine them with wedges such as Litas or Steve Maddens and also mix them with summer-ish tops and fringe bags. I wish someday I could wear these outfits myself :-D
That's interesting you don't wear maxi dresses as often because you think they make you look shorter. I love maxi dresses, and love wearing them because I think they actually make me look taller! I'm only 5'0! lol :)
